Hearing Aid Application Protocol

Our approach focuses on providing a service rather than individual products as hearing is an active sense with changing needs.

For this reason we created the “Earton Services - Life in Communication” Protocol in collaboration with our Scientific Committee. The protocol is provided to our active customers for 5 consecutive years, starts with the comprehensive field trial of hearing aids and includes:

  • Creating a client file (after visiting an ENT)
  • Completing experiential test of hearing aids
  • Differential diagnosis of present and future hearing status
  • Earton Services hearing aids with a minimum 2 years warranty
  • Follow up a) necessary visits to the ENT, b) maintenance of the headphones and c) adjustment of the headphones
  • Inform customer about new upgrades in the technological features of their headphones after evaluation and monitoring by the application department with the support of our scientific committee
  • Continuous support, based on our protocol, for all our active customers
